Description: Winter depression occurs in up to 10% of the general population, and studies indicate that prevalence increases as latitude increases. Learn about the signs and symptoms of winter depression, as well as strategies to cope with this disorder.

Presenter: Julie Camuso, Ph.D., (she/her/hers) is a lifelong New Englander currently living in the greater Burlington, VT area. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Vermont in 2022. During her training at UVM, she studied under the mentorship of Kelly Rohan, Ph.D., one of the leading experts in seasonal depression and cognitive behavioral interventions for depressive disorders. Dr. Camuso is currently completing her clinical postdoctoral fellowship at MindWell Center, LLC.
