Back to School: Mental Health Team Program Registration

September 5th 6-7pm | Let us know you'll join in this CCL Mental Health Team event. It is helpful as we plan and coordinate with the presenter. If you do have any specific questions for the presenter please feel free to include them in your form.

ABOUT THE PRESENTATION
Join Andrea Smith, CPS, from ALL Together to discuss how to raise your awareness on today's toughest parenting issues through the Operation Parent Handbooks.
